ECU module programming guide using FDRS

Can't sign in to FDRS, I have tried both non- dealer options both want work then tells me i have to be online. so I closed everything an try again and still nothing

Which version are you using? I couldn't log in with the newest version, I uninstalled it and re-installed an older one (39.6.3), rebooted and was then able to log in.

He's on the newest one. I just told him some people have had to go to an older version to get in. I'm still using 39.6.4 myself.

I had the older version saved in my computer. Do you have a Google account with enough space in your Google Drive? If so, PM your email address and I'll send you the file through Google Drive.

There may be a direct download link to older version but I am unfamiliar with it.

He corrected it to the right option but still wasn't able to connect. It is the newer version, I had the same issue this morning.

Currently downloading the older version from sbi so maybe this works this time

Some members have said to open your Motorcraft account, and then open FDRS and log in. May work, but not sure.

Never even reached that option in the new version, the older version prompted me to login once it connected.
