Which routine did you perform inside FDRS and what did it involve? Did you have to drive with the laptop attached?
Click the IPMA module when you open FDRS and search down the list of processes for "IPMA Calibration" or something along those lines. Yes, the laptop remains attached while you drive it and it calibrates.

At what point do I need to worry about the battery? The maintainer isn't holding right now.
What does FDRS say the SOC is on the bottom right of the laptop screen?

Think I'm good I got to a point where it told me to turn the truck off letting it sit and ramp back up.

Try to see if your charger lets you increase the amperage from 2A to 10A or 20A while staying in AGM mode. 2A is too low to maintain proper charge for updates that take a long time.

Your settings are not correct. First, you should be running in power supply mode. Hit the stop button. Then press the Volts button on the left until PWR SUPPLY is lit. Then hit start and you should see PS on the main display. You want to maintain a constant voltage during programming and the power supply mode is designed to do that.

Second, if you want to charge your battery, push the Rate button until 20A is lit. 2A is too little for the size of the battery and your current state of charge.

Bumped it up to 20A thanks!

Appreciate all the help here!

Switch to power supply.

USB update? Try a fresh exFAT format and redownload the files onto the USB drive. Make sure the USB drive has a short name like "sync" or "ford". Also, try closing and reloading FDRS software.

Have you been able to update the APIM at all, or is this the first APIM update you do?

First time. I never get the notification on the screen after I insert the usb. Sat with power supply for an hour and drove around for 45 min the other time.

I'm not sure. I'm not an expert with FDRS by any means. Maybe someone else can chime in. Or did you get it to go through?

Having trouble looking up any VINs this morning on FDRS. Anybody else having issues?

EDIT: Apparently whatever was causing the issue with doing VIN lookups has been resolved.

With the last APIM update I did, the truck didn't recognize the USB drive having an update on it when I first plugged it in. After waiting like 20 min for a system updating message, I turned the truck off, opened/closed the door and waited 15 min for everything to shut down. Then I turned the truck back on, and when it read the USB drive, it detected the update and started the process. I believe several people have experienced the same thing recently.
