That also was a no go. Assuming I have a bad module. Very frustrating as I’ll have to make a trip to the dealership so they can diagnose then another so they can replace it.If you’re headed to the dealer anyway, you can try one more thing first. Delete all of the files on your USB drive and then delete all of the files in this directory: c:/ProgramData/Ford Motor Company/FDRS/fdrs/data/vehicle_software. Then give the PMI another try. It’s a long shot, but deleting all of the files in the software directory and letting FDRS download fresh files has worked for a couple of people who encountered USB_0 errors.
