@Jesse-Infotainment the PMI did it. I did change the power supply to change instead of power supply mode. That’s what I had used to get my platinum all updated for blue cruise. Not sure if that had anything to do with it but figured I would give that a shot.
OK. Glad you got it sorted out

It seems like 5 years has gone by since the forum overcame the OTA failure for Bluecruise.

Yet Ford still hasn't been able to provide the dealerships a method that works? I don't get it.

Would a bad battery cause OTA not to function as intended? I am currently running some updates with a charger connected. However, I had to turn the truck on to get it to min of 80% state to continue with update. It was at 60% even with charger on.

Absolutely a bad or weak battery will cause all kinds of issues for your truck. It has been discussed here many times about the effects of a bad battery. There's a known issue on 2021 and some 2022 of having bad battery's from the factory.

Ok. Need a little help please.

I dove into the world of FDRS today. Updated my ABS module and PCM. It was part of the abs update.
Went fine.

I have the APIM (sync) update and WACM to go. The APIM fails sure to it can't download the binary files. It gets to 36% or so and fails. The WACM also runs and seems like it's finished, but once I ignition off liked it says to, it comes back unsuccessful.

Charger and all items are in place. Any ideas as to my issue or what I may be doing wrong?

Thanks in advance!

First of all, which cable are you using for updates?

I can't help with the APIM, what I would do with the WACM is look at the software version you are on, post it here and see if it can be confirmed as the latest version. It may be going through and not reporting back to Ford correctly for whatever reason

Ok. I'm using a mongoose.

I can't check the version until tomorrow. I'm at work.
The more I think about it, the more I think the APIM is a download issue.

I had issues with the APIM download initially so I uninstalled then reinstalled FDRS and started over. Worked like a charm after I did that.

Didn't someone point out the file path to the directory that the downloaded files were in and you could just delete them and the full download for the update would be triggered again?

For safety reasons, I'd "release" the license and then reapply the key if you Uninstall FDRS or switch to another computer.

That was me. You can find the downloaded software files here: c:/ProgramData/Ford Motor Company/FDRS/fdrs/data/vehicle_software
