Has anyone figured out any way around the Code_0 error when doing the APIM update? I haven't tried in a while so I figured I would give it another attempt today and same issue. It is the only update I have in FDRS.

Interesting...didn't think of trying another USB as this one has worked fine for me in general...Will try some others that I have and see if it works. Thanks!

In order to update my GWM (and possibly the APIM), I had to use the USB-C port on the truck. The large USB port was a no-go.

These trucks can be USB picky, and inconsistent about it too.

Seems like the cheaper and more generic usb stick, the better. I’ve had great luck with a Microcenter branded generic Chinese one I grabbed at the register a decade ago.

Anyone know if there's a problem with the IDS website (https://www2.helminc.com/)?
I've been trying for the past couple hours to purchase an FDRS licence and it keeps saying "billing information is not valid". I used exactly the info from my CC statement and still nothing

Ive had that issue before I think it had to do with a suite or something.. If you have a suite maybe take it off and see if it lets you continue

Tried that too. It says unable to validate the address. I even called my bank and they told me it's the website.
I thought about calling them tomorrow ( 1-866-583-8047 // 800-768-8632 ) and see if I can do it over the phone

It is the website. I had the issue.. I cant remember what I did to solve it. I think I used the 2nd address line rather than the first.

That didn't work either unfortunately. It feels like the site was made in 1989 and they forgot to update it. It doesn't even run proper SSL encryptions lol
