Does anyone know if a TSB has been created for this issue? I haven’t taken mine back but it’s gotten much worse and doing it all the time now. Was just thinking about taking it back in again to the dealer.

Nope up to date but no 1.4. Definitely smoother with the updates though.

I haven’t been able to keep up on the thread. Have a 2021 Job 1 Platinum. Installing a DSP update that showed up. Still have the BCM as well. Is it still causing issues or should I apply it now? Thanks!

Update: In FDRS I cleared and retested. Now I have BCM failures for lost comms with Trailer Brake Control Module and Lighting Control Module Rear B. Also IPC lost comms with Trailer Brake Control Module. The others I had in OCSM, DSM, HCM and BCM all cleared now.

If you had been using a user ID to login instead of email address try the email address now. I had that issue previously. Once I signed in to the browser with email and then used the same email in FDRS it all worked.

Used it on the way to the office this morning. With 1.0 I couldn’t use it. Would accelerate and stop abruptly, disengage for no reason, try and sideswipe lanes next to me and was an overall awful experience for a daily commute. Even without the new features enabled it didn’t disengage once...

I did the same thing and no charge as of yet either. Connected Services in the FordPass app shows BlueCruise extended to 01/01/27 this morning for me.

Mine has the same squeak and seems to be more prevalent when it gets cold out. Of course, I am over 36k miles now but I have the extended warranty on the truck. Going to make an appointment with the dealer and hope it's one of the parts above that others have had fixed.

The deal for us with 2021s was supposed to be good through yesterday. If it is still there and you think you will want it I would jump on it else you are paying $75 per month or $800 a year.
