Had you checked your motorcraft "as built" prior to doing the update? If you changed to unreal recently and it didn't propagate up to the cloud, it would be correct for it to have changed back. Your as built is reloaded from the cloud after that update and if you're change hasn't been added it will revert back.

Ya I have found that the upload to the mothership doesn't happen that often for me and my rig. Probably because I'm a long time FDRS addict.

Good question, I updated to 22228 in October thinking I was updating to match up with the 3.5.3 OTA which apparently is on hold. I'm now wondering if this update will be the actual "final release " of the 3.5.3 update to be sent via OTA to the trucks bypassing 22228 and bringing them directly to 22293. If thats the case I can only assume the guys that already updated to 22228 will have this sent via OTA as well.

Just so everybody is aware..it's been a couple of weeks for me with the Sync 610 revision...and yesterday afternoon a GWM dropped for me. I'll be doing that later today. Hopefully that will enable something that I'll notice as a change, cause I still haven't figured out what Sync 610 was supposed to bring to the party. ?‍

Man I looked at it and it would be a huge nightmare. The man issue will be the door handles and antenna.. they are all over the truck and mach e to accomidate the PAAK.

They may not be much longer, Ford didn't expand, but they've just pulled PAAK as an option in the '23 Lightnings. Maybe added later with SW or they have some chip shortages for those antennas and modules. They didn't expand on the issue.

And it sucks. They need to do a ground up redesign on it. We gave up on our Mach-E, it never works.
