Well maybe not the eclipse... but I just got in my STX to go to lunch and the infotainment screen is completely dead, not even trying to turn on. I tried the power+forward seek force reset and it did nothing.

Door chime and reverse sensor beep are also wrong. It's using the old 2014 era sounds.

I'm going to pull the battery cables off later and try to reset it that way, anyone ever had this problem before?

Yea, something happened today. This may sound weird, but by any chance did you go over a big bump or had any kind of out-of-the-ordinary driving event today?

Well, when a vehicle goes from not having any codes to spitting out lost comm codes to a bunch of modules and one code citing the GWM and APIM can't talk due to an ethernet failure, you have to ask questions that are outside the box. lol It looks to me like a plug got loose. Or, the APIM fried and it is not being detected by the module network.

Could be a GWM issue. All module communications go through the GWM, but the APIM just being dead is odd. Wonder if the APIM is failed but still on and jamming the bus.

Agreed.......anytime I see an ethernet related code, it's an automatic red flag to me.

That truck isn't happy at all with all those codes.

8k miles on 2022 I suggest OP let the dealer figure it out and I don't like dealers.

Took the negative battery terminal off and let it sit for 15 minutes. Seems to have fixed it. I feel you about not liking dealers.
