Diode Dynamics suggests 4 inches below centreline on the fog light at a distance of 25 feet.
The thread I posted above suggests 3 inches below at 25 feet.

Pretty sure it is a quick change in FORSCAN. Never used FORSCAN myself but I believe I saw this listed as a simple fix.
Ugh. I was hoping it was something I could access from the screen. If it's a Forscan, it isn't happening for me.

OK, maybe I'll do some adjustment, if it actually makes a difference on cornering effectiveness.

Is there are general "acceptable" level? Like bottom of beam 20" off the ground?
I just aimed them up to where the top of the fog light beam pattern just met up to the bottom of the brightest part of the low beam pattern. I waited till dusk and used painter's taps to cover one side lamp then adjust the other up some then got in the truck to see how it looked. Then adjusted more till I liked it and repeated that on the other side. Doing this pretty much makes it so there's no dark patch in front of the truck at night.

I will say that the beam pattern of the fogs on the 24's especially at the outer edges is much better than the 21-23's.

Useless IMHO.
Certainly useless when fog lights come from the factory with the lights pointed down. Once adjusted to their appropriate height the fog lights work great.

My truck has the light cornering system and I love it. I live out in the Cascade foothills and these really help me when night driving around sharp hairpin turns etc.

Turning the fog lights to the on position disables the cornering function.

This thread got me motivated to figure out how to adjust my fog lights on my 24 Lariat. I drive at night with just my fog lights on while hunting. As from the factory, I cannot see any light beyond the hood of the truck (yes the fog lights were worthless). Using some pictures from eBay, I determined where the adjustment screw was located as it is not visible unless the wheel and fender well cover are out of the way. Removal is not required to make the adjustment. It is easier to access if you turn the wheel toward the side you want to adjust. Remove the two 7mm screws to slip your hand behind the fender well cover. I used the handled socket driver to make the adjustment. It took multiple clockwise turns to raise the beam. The beam at the truck is 22" off the ground. It was hitting my gate 9' away just 13" off the ground. I raised it to 19" (3" low) for an initial assessment. Now the fog lights will be of value.

Update: I had to raise the beam a couple more inches. Only took a couple of minutes.

Driven the last two nights with just the fog lights while out hunting. The beams are where they need to be, but I'm not impressed with the fog light capability for the 2024 Lariat. The beam is so wide to provide the cornering light capability the amount of light going forward to drive with is significantly diluted.

I must be lucky, my cornering/fog lights work great without making any adjustments.

I might check the actual alignment this spring when it warms up just for sh*** and grins.
