Nope, I have the B&O unleashed and no update like this. I am on 4.3.3.So I am still on 4.2.4.
I noticed on FordPass this morning a new message that I got an update but it didn't take me to 4.3.X. it was for B&O.
Has anyone else gotten this update?
A quick google search didn't really materialize anything.

The update is safe as far as I know. The issue with FDRS is that when you would apply it, it would go through, but it would not come off of the list of available updates in FDRS which made it seem like it wasn't working. However, people smarter than me verified that the update did change the software in the truck.I thought someone had posted that update broke something when it first hit FDRS?
I have B&O but haven't experienced the issue yet.
I have the regular B&O system, and this update *ADDED* a static pop when I open the door. Also, there's a bug in the update that makes it continue to pop up as "pending" instead of being completed after it has installed.I thought someone had posted that update broke something when it first hit FDRS?

Opposite effect for me. I did not have the pop before, and after this update (which never disappears from FDRS) I now have a pop when entering the truck. Ford's software team is beyond incompetent. This is the OTA version of the DSP update released in FDRS a little while ago that is supposed to fix the issue where trucks with the B&O sound system were getting the loud popping noise when they start the truck followed by loud static coming out of the speakers. They started pushing it via OTA not very long ago.

That issue appears to have been repaired. As-built data on Motorcraft website now reflects the correct DSP software version. FDRS no longer offers the update for my truck. I did not have to reattempt the install for the update to clear the FDRS queue. Nope. Just checked again this morning. Connected to the truck, did a network scan, DSP still showing as pending. Tried a reinstall - it went through the motions but skipped over any actual software install, it reconfigured the module, "updated the database", but still showing the DSP pending. That issue appears to have been repaired. Might just be the unleashed that’s fixed then. As-built and FORScan both show software ended -BN and FDRS is clear. Working fine.Nope. Just checked again this morning. I have the base B&O system, and my software part #'s show ML3T-18B849-AJ/ML3T-14C589-AJ for the DSP module.
Still broke.
