Did I forget to check your VIN? Both SoC and capacity are very low. That is why it is failing.WELPPP... I still have not been updated with any new software, but it keeps telling me it's gonna happen
Your case is different. It has failed many times (it was resent to you just today) due to some kind of server issue. Al the failed attempts cite the same error:

I would try charging it up first before replacing it.Thanks I guess It might be time for a new battery then?
IOSios or android? I understand the apps features differ. ios being a bit more limited.
I've never seen had FP notify when I get the synch screen notice myself.
My last 3 successful OTA's didn't pop up either, I found out from the truck on next use.
From '22 thru about mid '24 it always showed a notice and message would go to message history. As they revised the FP app over the last year that behavior has mostly stopped.
A charger will be more useful. You can have AutoZone (for example) test it for free.OK Charged up my battery, and i did the OTA download AND IT WORKED- HOLY COW ALL THIS and it was just a window up and down improvement- I didn't think it was a problem- well there you go- OK so I thought just because the truck turned on when i started it up all was well- apparently not. Thanks for all the responses- I think I may invest in a battery tester after this what do you boys think?
