Unleashed software update?

Something seems off on my unleashed sound system. Most of the highs seem to come from the front center channel. If i move the sound to the rear speakers, there are no highs, just bass. Is this normal? Could there be some type of update I am needing? It's at the dealership now for service and a few recalls. The tech doesn't seem to know what it could be.... thought I would check here for advice. Thanks!

There was an update last year that really made a huge difference. You may not have gotten it ota. I got it by updating the truck through fdrs

Agreed, that update made a huge difference in sound quality, it's not going to win any awards, but worth updating.

Thanks! Really appreciate it! Does anyone know what that update would have been called? I had two recalls from 2023 that were never done that I saw on my FordPass, so I don't think the previous owner kept updates. I have it at the dealership now for those recalls. I'm ok with the volume level and bass, I just wish the quality was a little better.. really appreciate the input.

There was a DSP update and an ACM update. I ran them both since they pertained to the stereo system.

Was able to get the dealership to do the update while it was in for service! Voila! It sounds so much better!!! Thanks all for the input!!
