Apologies... My search failed (and I'm an old fart).

Sync version 24227, '24 Lariat.

I noticed on FordPass my last update was Sept '24. That was about the time I had it serviced and the dealer did some updates. I checked and cannot activate Automatic Updates. Either with Sync or FordPass the "might take a minute" to activate just spins forever. It is connected to Wi-Fi

I did a Sync master reset thinking that might help. Nada.

Any ideas?

This has been happening a lot lately. Disconnect the negative battery cable from both the 12v battery under the hood and the small 12v battery under your rear seat for 20 minutes. Plug it back in and check for updates again.

This.
Got a 24 Powerboost in May 25 that was a dealer courtesy vehicle. Software Updates would just spin when checking and the Ford Pass app would not even load the Updates section of the app.
Took it to the dealer and they were saying it needed a new APIM.
I tried a handful of things but I think what really got it going was pulling the battery cables mentioned above. Got the first update that night and two since over the past 3 weeks or so.

Edit:
Taking the battery case top off under the back seat almost feels like you might break it. Just enough pressure and it will pop off. I have pulled up on the sides closer to the front. The back side of that cover has two grooves/fingers/teeth that hook into the case itself. Point is I would not pull up from the back of that case. Either side or front. You’ll see what I mean once you pop it off.
