Not mentioned, but are you using Android Auto or Carplay? I know Android just did an update and, while not mentioned in the notes, I hear a slightly improvement playback with Amazon Music.

I've a 502A '24 Lariat and the B&O Unleashed is 14 speakers not 18. My '22 had 18 and I honestly think the 14 is better sounding.

You certainly need to check your purchase paperwork and see whether the VIN matches the truck or the (wrong) window sticker.
