15k driven 2023 3.5 Ecoboost. Installed a catch can today. I hope it helps the engine in its lifespan.

Not sure where you live, but it’s gonna collect a world of crap in the winter if you’re in nor a northern state

The dual injection engines are cleaner, but the addition of port injection does NOT prevent the valve deposits.

Link shows an earlier Ecoboost and then a later dual system engine.

Will catch can prevent this? I can’t answer that. Will installing a catch can hurt? I don’t think so.
