Do you know if you were early access to blue cruise? I am trying to get updated but I am not in OASIS so they won't do it, now I just want the old stuff to function right.

im not. I bought a license to access FDRS and manually did all the updates myself.

I have similar issue with mine. Truck went to the shop last week for recalls and bluecruise update. I tried using my cruise control today and the lane keep assist is not working. It notifies me when it crosses the line with a light but no physical feed back in the wheel or centering like it previously did. Once I activate cruise control an orange box pops up and says Bluecruise not available. Idk why the update affected my lane keep assist. I checked everything in the settings and everything is activated even turned up my lane keep assist to high intensity with no change.

They probably didnt finish your updates. Typically the IPC update is the issue. If you send me your vin I can see what the issue is.

Your issue is they updated the IPMA on its own. The IPMA should kick of a 4 module update. PSCM, CCM, CMR, IPMA> The only one done is the IPMA> They need to finish the rest of the updates. I looked at the history and they did a terrible job. I dont comprehend these techs. It literally tells you when you kick off the IPMA or any of the 4 modules involved that it is a multimodule update and it automatically rolls into the next module when done.

You wont have functioning ACC until the rest of the updates are complete. Part of the update is a configuration change. THat config change has happened in the IPMA and no where else.

You have a IPC update that is messed. It didnt update even though it thinks it did. It shows the new files as installed but they arent. We would need to reflash your IPC. The only possible thing the dealer could do if that is your only option is to PMI the IPC. I cant say for sure it would work but its possible. Until this gets fixed youll be without BC and Cruise. The IOPC software is technically out of date even though it shows it isnt.

Most likely they will refuse. They will say there is no update and nothing they can do. The PMI could fix it.. I doubt they will even try it.

I can fix it but you would either need to send me the cluster or buy a mongoose. You would also need the Battery charger and 5-6 hours the truck can sit while I flash it.

thank you for looking into that. Would you suggest I take it back and tell them what to do or wait on OTA?

I can do it remotely.. you will not need anything other than the Mongoose. You will need to get a two day FDRS license also after we are done se we can finish the config of the cluster. Once that is finished you will be done. The IPC is the only thing preventing BC from working. You can attempt to waste time at the dealer. They will have no resolution besides possibly causing more issues than you currently have. the absolute ONLY thing I would suggest they try is a PMI of the IPC. Outside of that nothing else should be done or attempted. It is a mystery of how they did the update. I do not think the dealer did anything wrong. This was an issue on fords end I am betting.
