They didnt even plug in today. they tried the IPC update three times yesterday.. Each time it failed due to low voltage. 10.34 Volts. THey must not have a battery charger on the truck as is required. These dealers are just filled with goofballs. They ran the 4 hour IPMA update with no charger or maintainer. Totally incompetent

Yours is identical to the other.. you need to get the other updates finished. Ipma has been updated and you need the rest done

I took mine back to dealership today. They were able to finish the updates. I have blue cruise, finally!

Not sure what they did differently tbh. Dropped off the truck. About an hour later they called me saying one of the updates didn’t go through and were going to try again. This time it updated

Jesse-Infotainment, the service you provide here is incredible and I thank you for that. I believe I've learned alot, so much that I bought the mongoose and 2 day FDRS subscription and spent the day updated. I believe most went through although my IMPA module shows red after the network test and now the truck is a drunken mess when trying to maintain itself in a lane. Maybe you've seen this before? I'm figuring I'm going to need another FDRS subscription to get this handled. Once again, greatly appreciate all the help you've given others that ford has failed to provide.

Yes. They did all the blue cruise updates.

There are several other updates available for other modules to be done but blue cruise is done

I wouldn’t say worry but I believe it is always best to do them all. Ford has shown these updates seem to be reliant on each other in most cases. You have 11 other updates to various modules. I have also heard improvements in the power boost shifting and overall management so it may be worth it

^^ THIS is why the vast majority of people's trucks are failing to accept the SW updates on various modules via FDRS.

Ford Engineering issued supplemental instructions to one of the (related) CSPs in late April advising that, before programming is attempted, the vehicle battery should be FULLY charged and the battery voltage MUST remain at or above 12.5V to 12.8V throughout the entire time they are attempting to apply the SW updates via FDRS.

Let me know. I wish I knew of a less expensive option. I know its a lot of money. The dealers attitude of not doing updates unless there is an issue is bad. THese updates are not for entertainment. The updates should be considered the same as an oil change as maintenance.

Blue Cruise is amazing so far even thru construction on I4 in Orlando it has been Great. fixing to drive to Tallahassee Pittsburg then NH and back to Orlando so that will be the test.

My body control module had a problem, and then when they replaced it, lane centering no longer worked.

I've had mine back to the dealer 2 times now and they have spent several hours / days on it and still don't know what the problem is.

I searched online and luckily I stumbled on this thread.

Is there someone who can check mine?

I'd love to be able to tell them how to fix it.
