I guarantee it’s a fake site. The official Retrax brand website is Real Truck. Real Truck owns the Retrax brand and everything is run through that site. Truck Hero used to be parent company but they changed the name to Real Truck in last few years.

Those Icon uca’s are sexy looking! I wanted to do my uca when I had the kit installed but installer said wasn’t needed with just a level. I did go with the larger SPC cam bolts.

I figured it more than likely made no difference other than like you stated protecting the braided line. I also found it curious the instructions never showed the drivers side rear shock in pictures. As detailed as the instructions were I figured they would have shown pictures of both sides...

I also never noticed the rear shocks are mounted on different sides of the axels. My 15 might have been like that but don’t remember.

Finally got my kit installed after they were back ordered! Love the look and the ride. I left mine on the standard 2” setting. The shop that installed mine put driver side reservoir facing forward vs towards rear as mentioned in the instructions. I don’t know if it makes a difference or not but...

Had them installed this morning and happy so far with them!

Why do some who have posted pictures of the update have the blue Alexa ring on the screen and others don’t? I have Alexa enabled but no blue ring on the screen.

Ordered my Ford Performance leveling kit the other day just waiting on Stage 3 to receive next batch. Very excited to get them on finally!

Max tow makes zero difference never seen any 21-23 coil over leveling kit say not for max tow. I have seen them say no PB, PS, tremor, raptor or 2wd. Max tow just adds extra leaf spring in the rear and slightly higher rear than no max tow.

Copy that will just keep it on WiFi and tender hope it will update one day. Lol thanks man!
