I spent yesterday afternoon adding the keypad to my 2025 Lariat Powerboost. Took a little longer than most as I gambled that I could modify the B-pillar panel to accept the keypad. Success!
When you remove the panel, you will see mold lines the size of the keypad opening. I cut thru that area after masking both sides to protect the finish. Took some time to cut it out and clean it up. The plastic heats up pretty good as you cut it with a Dremel or die grinder and I didn't want to damage the good side with excess heat. lf you are agile with tools and die grinders, you can reduce the cost by half.
I am so happy to have my keypad back. I've driven keypad-equipped vehicles for the past 20 years and you don't realize how much you use it till it isn't there.
There are posts on the forum that show the size and shape of the cutout, but know there are markings on the reverse of the panel to show where it goes and its size.
