My experience is it resets with no installing/rewriting needed.

To me it looks like the keypad is still available. That is also the same part number that I picked up in October and put on my 2025 that was built in Jan 2025. Current price looks to be about $10 more than I paid.

Question, does the 5/6 button after unlocking the door open the tailgate (pro access power tailgate)? If so, is there another setting that has to be enabled?

I saw the cutout on my old one while I was installing the new one. For me, I feel better just buying the new one as I would likely have messed something up cutting it out.

Mine is a PowerBoost, so I have no start/stop switch there today. The part number I posted should be for the java color trim piece with the cutout that the tailgate release would fit into.

Thanks for the advice. I was finally able to find the bezel on the ford website and confirmed that p/n with a used vehicle VIN that looks to have the trim panel I need. Looks like I can order both the bezel and switch from a local dealer for about $92 plus tax. Would love to hear feedback...
