Has anyone removed the rear blocks on a 24 yet for a reverse level look? Thinking of going to Lariat 24 PB from my 21 XLT PB now. Currently have front level on 20's and 305-55-20 but wanting to do reverse level on 22's and 285-45-22. Current truck pictured below.

There are other threads here on that subject. Not sure why you want the squat look especially on a brand new truck but it is your truck. You can look for a reduction in gas mileage and a difference in driving and towing capacity.

Don't forget to re aim your headlights. If not it will force me to keep my bright lights on when we pass.

Rear blocks are only an inch, so won’t look squatted just leveled. Rather than doing it to the front just doing it to the rear. I can’t imagine an inch will need headlight adjustment. Front level doesn’t require it.

Not as much worries abt mileage, ride, and towing. With the front level and Mickey Thompsons I have now. I would imagine I actually get better economy and better ride with the rear level and less aggressive tire. Never pull anything and if I do nothing over 5k pounds.

RIght there with ya. My 2024 Lariat PB is being built now (actually, the BCM responds with data and I can activate in Ford Pass already). If I can verify the pinion angle is acceptable, I will be removing the blocks. Atlas Blue, Chrome package, Chrome 22's should look good with the back just a little lower IMO.

Why are you so salty?

How does removing a 1" lift block from the rear axle reduce fuel economy?

Squatted trucks are a danger on the highway. They almost never re aim their head lights which blinds on coming drivers. Squatted trucks are useless for the function in which they are created. Not salty but glad they outlawed them in my state.

Your state legislature passed a law specifically banning taking an inch and a half out of the back end of your truck?

Go for it....

I ended up with about 1/2" rake just by removing the rear blocks. Truck looks better IMHO and I don't think it comes anywhere near the definition of 'squatted'....

Besides.... I think the lights from 'squatters' blinding people might be the wrong ones....

He has “leveled” the front. So he removes the blocks. He’s gonna be about an inch and a half low in the rear.

Actually he was (as I read it) talking about a 24 truck so he hasn't done anything yet....

Regardless... to each their own....

Reading comprehension is low here apparently.

OP go for it. As mentioned just check your pinion angle, you might need shims, but you probably won't.

It's a 1" or 1.5" block, so you will still have some rake, absolutely not squatted like some people here are freaking out about.
