Jim Farley must have paid for another golden toilet and a lifetime supply of silk buttwipes with this ridiculous cost save.
Turning the XLT into XL with 2024 update (no more LED DRL headlights), and now turning the Lariat into XLT.
I feel you. I have the same exhaust and live in a condo. My exhaust bounces off the building behind me.
Thankfully, in metro Detroit, this isn't uncommon. No complaints from my 5:00AM starts. At least, no complaints to my face.

Federally mandated rear cameras have been a disaster for automakers.
They are a great option to have, but now automakers are liable if some inept jagaloon backs over the neighbor's poodle.
All thanks to government intervention.
I have been away from the forum for a while.
Absolutely thrilled to see they FINALLY have a permanent (hopefully) fix for this.

Tow/haul mode disables it.
If you aren't using that, you should disable it, anyway, when towing or hauling.
You should disable it, anyway, period.
Or use a bypass or Forscan to shut it off.
The 8 speaker B&O system sucks.
I added aftermarket subs and amp, using the special programmed Kicker keyloc from @SoundsGoodStereo.
There is a thread discussing Forscan changes, and has some evidence that Ford programmed the stereos wrong from the factory (supercab audio config applied to...
Where did you ground your amp?
Where did you get your remote signal wire source from?
How did you interface with the factory wiring for audio signal source?
Speakers don't amplify the exhaust. You are most likely hearing cylinder deactivation. Next time put it in Sport or Tow/Haul mode and see if it changes the sound, those modes deactivate CD.
This feature can be engaged if you pull the belt all the way out before fastening it.
It shouldn't engage with normal use (not pulling it all the way out).
Door is out of adjustment. Someone at the factory gets paid $100k a year to do this job, but can't be bothered to do it, not even on Ford's literal flagship truck.
Another employee also gets paid $100k a year to drive each truck over a rough road to listen for, and fix, rattles and squeaks...
