My thoughts

Tires be for summer or winter only or all year round? Summers only Michelins Defenders and winters only there are a few good ones. Search tires on the forum.

Are you having major problems with the truck - Yes - turn it in - NO - keep it. Truck prices will be going up thanks to tariffs and usual price increases. Do you like the truck - Yes - Keep it - No - turn it in. Also depends on the buy out cost verses over milage charge and interest rates.

Don't forget that the same truck in a 25/26 will have less standard options. My MSRP was $59,900 in 21, On Fords Build and Price it was $80,200 for a 25 with less items then I have now and more of things I don't need or want. I have a 4x4 XLT Supercab and Ford makes me have to get a Supercrew to get the 4x4 option. NA NA NA - not going to happen.

If you buy it, you definitely should also buy Ford ESP. It will pay for itself with one average repair.

You could always try to sell the truck private party. You may want to get a buy it now price from CarMAx and Carvana which will give you some info to make a decision on how to best move foward. Unless your a bussiness, I would never advocate Fleecing a personal vehicle as you will never escape a payment but thats my opinion only.
