I have a 2024 Lariat with the Dynamic Bending headlights (they dance at start up). I had my truck in for the upper radiator air deflector CSP and asked the shop to raise my fog lights. When I picked it up, they said they adjusted the headlights upwards, not the fogs. Now I'm getting flashed when my low beams are on and I can visually tell they are too high.

I checked my owner's manual and it says, "Your vehicle has a dynamic leveling system. The headlamps do not require additional aim adjustment."

Is that accurate or can I adjust them myself with a few turns of a screw/bolt? If so, is there a procedure, similar to this one for the fogs?

That "Dynamic Leveling" refers to the height adjuster on the rear axel which will change the angle of the headlights as weight is added to the bed raising the front of the truck. You will need to reverse the procedure the dealer used to lower the "base" aim of the headlights back to stock without weight in the bed.

Go against a wall 25ft, stick a screwdriver in the hole below and turn clockwise I believe to lower the beam pattern.

I would take it back and tell them to put headlights back and adjust the fog lights like you ask them to do!!!
I would, but they will probably need a day to diagnose and then I'll have to bring it back when they have an opening to fix it!

They're easy to adjust but you need a nice flat surface and a wall so you can measure them to make sure they're pointed down a couple degrees.

Awesome, I think have a good place to do this. Is there a distance from center point of the low and high beams that I should be aiming for at 25'?

With a flat surface, measure at your headlights for the beam height, go out 25' and measure again to make sure they're below that height. You can pull up to a wall so long as the driving surface is flat, measure, backup, measure (easiest). Kinda hard to do unless you can drive in a warehouse. most external surfaces aren't completely flat as you want water away from a structure. Use painters tape or a brick wall to verify surface flatness if unsure. If cutoff is moving up and down as the vehicle traverses it's garbage data. 50' flat surface and a tape measure will work, it's just more work. You should be able to see the cutoff pretty easy, if it's too bright on the frontside of a piece of paper, observe the backside.

Gas station pump areas are typically flat concrete.

I just made adjustments in my driveway without being precise and it worked out. I did it with my truck 9 feet from my gate with the fog lights. They needed to be adjusted my fog lights much higher. Your headlights need to be adjusted lower. Maybe this will help lower your headlights enough to be suitable.

First, I had to figure out how to adjust my fog lights on my 24 Lariat. I drive at night with only my fog lights on while hunting. As from the factory, I could not see any light beyond the hood of the truck (yes the fog lights were worthless). Using some pictures from eBay, I determined where the adjustment screw was located as it is not visible unless the wheel and fender well cover are out of the way. Removal is not required to make the adjustment. It is easier to access if you turn the wheel toward the side you want to adjust. Remove the two 7mm screws to slip your hand behind the fender well cover. I used the handled socket driver to make the adjustment. It took multiple clockwise turns to raise the beam. The beam at my truck is 22" off the ground. It was hitting my gate 9' away just 13" off the ground. I raised it to 19" (3" low) for an initial assessment. The fog lights were of some value, but I had to raise the beam a couple more inches which only took a couple of minutes the second time. Note: I'm not impressed with the fog light capability for the 2024 Lariat. The beam is so wide to provide the cornering light capability the amount of light going forward to drive with is significantly diluted. However, I have appreciated them when making 90-degree turns at nights on dark roads.
