I just received TUC 24.2.5.9 this morning. I don't see this on the Power Up spreadsheet. Is this a new update?

And my Software version and revision are blank.

Yea, that looks like a new one. I'll wait a bit to see if some more people report getting it before I add it to the spreadsheet in case it is for 2024's only.

Hey brother. Hope your vacation was awesome. Could you check my truck again for me? I think I got a stuck update that didn’t complete and haven’t gotten anything pushed to me for 6+ months. I’m not sure what’s going on here or how to fix it.

Sure, but please remove the VIN from your post.

OTA dashboard shows a GWM was queued up for your truck, but your truck did not ping back the server to accept it during the time the OTA trigger was active, so it timed out and expired. Not sure why this happened since it seems like you have been driving the truck regularly, but that's what it shows.

Really appreciate it! Would you know of any potential solutions?
To try to avoid it from happening again: Disconnect the negative battery terminal to reboot the module network in case the GWM and/or TCU are hung up in a funky state causing some kinds of communication issues. Nothing you can really do about the OTA itself.....just gotta wait for it to be resent.

How Ford picks your truck is an unknown... also a crap shoot... When your truck gets on their list, Ford knows what software is loaded into your different modules from your As Builts. Ford servers will connect to your truck via your cell connection and upload and install the updated software into a module. What module is also a crap shoot. A few members will post on here that they received the same update. Does Ford send out the same OTA to bunchof trucks at one time is anybody especially guess. It does seem that way tho. A very rough explanation of how it's done. I am sure other members can give a much better explanation of how it is done. This is mytake on it.
