Mine shows this when I hit “Check for updates”. I’ve done the usual, making sure battery is fully charged and scheduling an update for 15-20 min after my 45 minute commute home. Connected to WiFi. Nothing is showing in FordPass for me either. Maybe I’m just in the queue?

Not complete usually means the update failed.

OK, looks like I finally got a phantom update. Bright side: it’s been about a month??‍. Maybe it means I’ll get the dsp update soon.

Welp lol. Do I just wait for them to push it again? I never actually received any notification in vehicle or in the Fordpass app, it only happened when I hit the check for updates button. ?

Probably have a low battery. Charge it, key on, engine off and see if it will go

I'll check the VIN later or tomorrow and confirm if the ota trigger failed completely or not.

I'll throw the tender on it and leave it key on engine off for a little bit. I'd be shocked if it was the battery, but I know how finicky it is.

I'd charge it and try to apply it. If you have a time set and it's charged, it may try to run the install again at that time. The charge level of the battery isn't optional.

did you ever get an answer on why installing the 23-PU1009-SS-NS update was bad on the 5.0? It just installed on my pickup today.

My display says the same thing since Mar 7. "Not completed" icon but says "has been updated" in the next line. Rugedraw said mine did install but right after, it was sent again and shows failed since it was installed. All over OTA. I’m not sure it’s really installed. Didn't go thru the Electric-only inhibit as some reported after that update.

Same screen as you today 2 months later. No OTAs since March 7. EAP guy.

Nope, and it installed on my "5.0" on February 27th... no idea what he's talking about.
