Hey Guys
I can confirm that the High Level Light was still working when the trailer assist light was disabled. If I were to change either one of the two Forscan entries that Chris gave me back to the (Ford Adjusted) As Built values, then that condition would be replicated. I am far from an expert on these tings but my reading of the wiring diagram suggests that both lights should be affected by any Forscan changes (Which is why Hammaman suggested that a physical change must have been effected). I can confirm that on MY23 XLT's (At least the vehicles finding their way Down Under) this is not the case.
Maybe as Hammaman suggests, the harness has been updated.
What XLT is the truck, a 302? Do they still give you approach lighting / mirror puddle lamps / spot lights on mirrors? I know in the EU the front illuminated mustang badge on the mach-e isn't allowed despite being very subtle. But at the same time they allow the headlights to be 2.5 brighter. These little things are just very odd. Are you allowed front illuminated ford badges?

Down here, If you want a vehicle that has been imported by Ford Australia, you can only get two trim levels (XLT and Lariat) with zero options (Other than colour), oh and bed length (SWB or LWB) and that's it!
So not really sure where our spec. sits within the much broader range that you guys have access to.
As I understand it, the Aussie vehicles are simply an existing spec list (In the US) and not anything bespoke.
I believe we do gain/lose a few options as part of the conversion process or through differences in legislation.
I do have approach lights/mirror puddle lights and apparently these are compliant with our regulations. The innocuous but useful tow hitch light is not (Go figure!).

Looking for how to get 360 cameras at speed (again as I used to have it...).

So I did the "Enable Cameras at Speed" changes sometime 1-2 years ago and had 360 camera at speed working. After a bunch of FDRS updates some months later this went away.

So I'm wanting it back and did the "Enable Cameras at Speed" changes again. When moving I currently can show the bed, hitch, and rear cameras. But no 360 split view option shows. Is there still a way to enable 360 at speed with all the latest updates?
Anyone have 360 at speed on latest updates? Thanks

Has anyone played with the adaptive cruise control braking senstitivity? I want to turn down or off the activation for when cars are slowing down to turn so that my truck doesn't slow down to 10 mph for no reason. One of these days that's gonna get me rear-ended!

On your dash under driver assistance.

The braking help thing I turned down to middle setting because car would get in right lane to turn then truck go into panic stop. This was improved with changing it to the middle setting for me. Better off getting into left lane but not an option on single lane roads.

The follow distance is the only control you have as it pertains to ACC.

So, I've personally found that setting the follow distance opposite of what's intended provides better usability. By that I mean in traffic and at slow speeds I run 4 bars, but at full speed I run 1 bar.

In the situation you're talking about I've only found trying to notice it early so I can apply throttle to temp-override the system.

Okay, Been wanting to deactivate the Auto stop/start on my pickup for a long time.
I've had the adaptor, and ForScan on one of my laptops for quite some time.
I have a 21 built in Jan .
I just went thru everything that ForScan would give me on my pickup, but there is no PSCM (module 730) anywhere in the program.I just took screenshots of everything it had to offer that I could access and double checked when I came back into the house (hot and muggy out).

Nope--can't find it, however, dis find a couple of ASS lines in the regular english version of the modules that showed up.

Something I am doing is wrong?? or did the early trucks with limited option packages use different info from somewhere else?
(XLT 301a with little added fluff)

I do know the truck would restart (most of the time) when I tugged on the wheel, so something from that area is sending a signal, but if the module is not in the truck, where is it coming from?

You can try deleting the profile in Forscan then connect and let it find all the modules. Small chance it was missed on your initial scan and Forscan doesn't look for modules after initial connection.

Okay, seems that module was hiding. Same as my dog when she hears the word "bath".
So, anyway, hooked up and did not use the original profile and more modules showed up, among them, the PSCM came into view.

Made my change (from 0139) to the '00' shown in the top of the list here, and that group changed to '0038'. Is this normal??
I did back up the original file for this module before changing.

The program reported successful, and the gray unavailable symbol appeared right away when i started the truck to put back in the driveway (was parked under a tree in the shade while doing this).

Thanks for the input.

Checksum, the last two digits, are calculated and will change to match what is in the rest of the line. You should always ignore those when making changes in Forscan. :)

Enjoy the free ASS disablement. I made that change one week after bringing truck home.

I believe there is an option to enable both functions. Check the easy mode options.

Hi all, I have a couple questions:

How do I know if I have the IPMA update required for the side view cams?
Trailer Side View - shows corresponding camera view alongside of vehicle when turn signal is applied with trailer connected Note: requires newest 12/23 ipma updateIPMA706-01-023xxxxxxxxx--
APIM7D0-02-03xxxxx8xxxx--adds Trailer Side View toggle under Driver Assistance

Does the coolant/transmission temp readouts mod work for the 8" IPC, or is it truely just the 12"? I've seen 2015-2020 trucks with the 8" screen have it enabled so it would be odd if it didn't work, but wanted to confirm before I committed the change.
Enable digital temps for engine & transmission on 12" digital cluster onlyIPC720-07-01xxxxx**xxx--E5 (turbo & trailer brake controller), 65 (turbo & no TBC), A5 (non-turbo & TBC), 25 (non-turbo & no TBC)

Thanks!
