Anybody figure out how to disable the "stow work surface" alarm in the gauge cluster? My bench-seat truck sets the alarm off EVERY time when the center console is folded up into seat-mode. I'm aware I'm in the minority on this one since everyone has the fancy shifter in the middle but it's SUPER annoying.
Did you get an answer form anyone? I have the same issue, it's very intermittent but when it fires going down the road it'll drive you crazy. After waiting 8 weeks for an open appointment, took it to the dealer and they could not duplicate. I know there is a switch inside but I have not been able to figure out how to dissemble the work surface to get inside to replace. I would just as soon "write it out" in ForScan, it I can find the procedure...

Is there a way to change the number of flashes from your blinker? Like you hit your blinker for a lane change and the default is 3 flashes.. Is there a way to change it? (I looked through the list, and couldn't find anything)

Thanks!

Yes, go into your SCCM on Forscan, use easy mode, and there's a setting where you can manually change the number.

I have a bench seat with work surface. I was able to take mine apart and jam something in the sensor to make it not work, at all.

How did it come apart? I can't find a screw anywhere that I can access, and I have not been able to get my hands on a Ford Assembly drawing to know where the snap locations are...

The more I mess with the BEO settings I’m not sure they are really changing settings. I can toggle the surround sound by double clicking the center dot but that’s all I can really clearly notice. @Ajzride
That reserved bit is Beosonic. Can’t pull my DSP MDX at the moment but it mapped out. I’ll look and see what my actual MDX is tomorrow.
Hey brother.....did you (or anyone) ever look deeper into this? The Beosonic thing popped up again in the 7G Mustang forum and it seems the same thing happens to them where changing the settings doesn't seem to make any noticeable changes to the audio.

So it's a Mach-E only feature?
(I mean it actually adjusts tone)

Seems that way. Exactly what I'm trying to figure out so these guys don't waste their time if it cannot be fully enabled for whatever reason.

Hi, 2024 F150 STX. I’m trying to find a way to disable the 4 Chime Beeps when you turn the key to the on position with no seat belt. With the seat belt plugged in and turn the key on only 1 Chime beep. I tried Disabling all of the seat belt Chime settings on the IPC with no luck…

What have you heard on the Lightning front?

I can't even remember if I tried this on my Powerboost. And I just now am reminded that I was supposed to try something for you on one of my vehicles and I haven't yet.

I'm such a loser compared to you.
My only excuse is that you and Mike have a tenacity gene in your DNA that is rare. Not my fault I didn't get it. ????

@rugedraw I disabled it. I could get it to load/move etc but the audio adjustments where hardly noticable if at all.

I think it worked for the Lightning guys......seems like maybe the EV's are coded differently somewhere. That goes way beyond my paygrade. lol Unless someone figured it out and I missed it, it won't work on 21-23 F150's, so don't bother.

And I just now am reminded that I was supposed to try something for you on one of my vehicles and I haven't yet.

I asked two other guys there to try it, and I also got crickets from them, so don't feel too bad. It's not like they appreciate a damn thing I do over there anyway. ?

That's the million dollar question. Does it actually do anything, or is it a placebo?

Well it was way flatter than just using the regular audio settings. So it sounded worst and changing the theme settings didnt make it much different if at all. @rugedraw
