What does this do exactly?

Yea, I noticed the chimes were different, but haven't turned the truck on again to see if that was a 1 time thing or not.I have some doubt about this:
Because if we're adding 1 to that hex character it could turn a binary 0011 into 0100. I think "add 1" means "place a binary 1 in the least significant bit of that hex character" e.g. 0110 becomes 0111.

That's not the only issue; for our trucks, that set of options lists:
VSS Default (VSSD) • Turn Signal Chimes (TSC) • Convertible (C) • Reserved1 (R)
Which means we're changing the "Reserved1" bit. It might be an unimplemented function ?![]()
I foundthe registers from a Mach E guy helping us with bluepilot. So far everything has lined up between my Mach E and my F150, but this one might be different.I have some doubt about this:

It'll be Saturday before I can hook up to the Mach E. Maybe Rugedraw or Hammaman will be beat me to checking.Don't know if this will work or even help, but there are different eq configs, vehicle dependent:
So, my f-150 screw has "07". Do any of the above vehicle types equate (unfortunate word in this thread?) to an MME?

Hmmm, what was his exact value? If it is operating instead on the "Convertible" bit, there is a corresponding "Convertible" bit in the ACM ?. There are also 13 EQ selections in the ACM. Mine is "0" but I have my tone controls set to default middle. I'm guessing those are just the steps of bass, middle and treble sliders.I foundthe registers from a Mach E guy helping us with bluepilot. This is from the guy who gave me the registers (Mach E GTPE)Hmmm, what was his exact value? If it is operating instead on the "Convertible" bit, there is a corresponding "Convertible" bit in the ACM ?
Damn, it looks pretty though, even if it does nothing ?
Yup, turning our "Reserved1" bit on ?This is from the guy who gave me the registers (Mach E GTPE)
"Mine was F501 80. Updated to F511 80"
That reserved bit is Beosonic. Can’t pull my DSP MDX at the moment but it mapped out. I’ll look and see what my actual MDX is tomorrow.Yup, turning our "Reserved1" bit on ?![]()
Cool. Strange, after making both changes and rebooting both modules, whenever I try setting any beosonic options it always puts the circle back into the middle. The top "equalizer" button also doesn't work. My Sync4 is rev 1049 ?That reserved bit is Beosonic...
