UPDATE…changing 7E0-162-02 didn’t fix my issue ??

Thought we already covered your issue from the codes you posted your air dam is physically stuck. Not the same as the soft codes we get. You can try getting a dealer to fix it or just remove it all like some of us have done.

PSI is better for tire pressure, look at the boost gauge for comparison. With PSI you're only 2 digits, vs 3 digits for pascal. Bar could be used but that needs a decimal.

For those with short values, they may prefer cm to inches. Larger numbers can be more assuring

I'll have to go look again because I'm pretty sure my Canadian truck was not psi until I changed it. That is why I was thinking psi is odd in a metric country.

I don’t think I ever got a response from my original post. Or I missed it which is possible. The air dam is physically gone, all that remains are the actuators on either side. I never had the issue until I did all the updates. I haven’t unplugged them yet…still too cold here lol

Understand the cold. I would disconnect them when you can and see if that clears up the codes. If I recall it said something about voltage like it is trying to move the motors but can't do it. That is different than the no communication soft code we get for unplugging motors. It is communicating, and that is causing your dash notice.

Just a question for those really into Forscan...

I'm pricing out a swap from the 8" instrument cluster in the XLT to the 12" instrument cluster in the Lariat. I can get a new Lariat cluster in Canada without having to deal with exchange rates and duties.

If I have a blank 12" cluster, am I able to just load my 8" cluster's IPC file to it through Forscan? Or is there more to the process?

I just picked up a 21 Platinum over the weekend. I tried to do the camera at speed, and it doesn't work. I forgot to save the values for the IPMA and the two lines of the APIM code. Does anybody have these? Or did they figure out how to make it work in an early 21 build? Camera still works just missing the menu in park and drive to see the different views.

I’ve been searching all over for information on how to eliminate the climate temperature reading in the upper right and left of the 12 inch sync screen. I added the digital knob HVAC module and no longer want it on the screen. I did this on my 2022 F-150 Tremor and wanted to do the same on my current truck. Does anyone know the Forscan changes needed? Thanks in advance!
