Hey everyone 👋
Been tinkering with my 14th gen for a bit and I’m curious what’s the one mod you’ve done that made you say ‘man, this should’ve come from the factory like that!’

what did you go with
I did mine piecemeal. I started off with a simple speaker replacement. The infinity Ref series all around.

After about a year I decided to try out the Kicker Key 200.4. I was debating between the amp or doing sound deadening + block off plates as the next step. The folks at SGS thought doing the amp next was the way to go.

The amp made more of a difference than the speakers but base was lacking so I added sound deadening to the doors and installed block off plates. I added a Blaupunkt powered sub to finish things off.

PS. There a few changes needed in the ACM using Forscan.

That’s a solid setup love how you built it step by step instead of dropping everything in at once. The Kicker Key seems to be a sweet spot for clean power without going overboard.

How big of a difference did the deadening + block off plates make overall? I’ve been debating doing that before adding a sub, but haven’t pulled the trigger yet. Also curious — what changes did you make in Forscan for the audio tuning?

The sound deadening and block off plates really bought out the base from the door speakers.

Nice choices those are the kind of upgrades that make day-to-day use way better. The under-seat storage especially… can’t believe Ford still skips it on some trims.
How noticeable was the rear sway bar swap on yours? I’ve been debating doing that next I’ve heard it really helps with cornering and stability, especially with a bit of load in the bed

Night and day difference for me but this is my first truck. I've always had smaller lower to the ground sedans and coupes that had tighter suspensions

there are three settings on the sway bar and I have it on setting two which I think is perfect for me. minimal to no body roll
