just got off phone with them. i had called 800.768.8632, option 1. they told me to call tech 888.354.7558, as they couldn't help. they said tech would have to verify if servers were down, but to get a case number. they said they would also send an email. was transferred to tech, and was on hold for about 45 minutes. tech said they couldn't help, and to call the first number back. they also said no eta on when it would be back up, but i could try and login today, and if it was working, i should be good. i said no, i'm already down a day on the 2 day license and want a refund or extension. he said the first number would help with that and gave me a case number. got the email from the first lady, and it's just a refund/credit request form online. plugged in case number and order info, and now have to wait a week to 10 days for a determination on if i get a credit. so i'll probably wait to hear from you guys when servers are back up, and then i'll get a new license and work out this refund/credit thing separately.
