Anyone else recently get an OTA with side effects? I seem to have lost my glare free auto high beams (no more green A icon, just back to the blue full highs). Also it now makes strange chimes when I approach and get in the truck.

I’ve had those running and surely backed up to Ford, maybe 2 years since I put the headlight option on. What gives?

21 Powerboost Lariat. Pretty well up to date with BC 1.4, etc. Bizarre to just up and change the other day.

Reason I ask is there's a 8" ipc update out there, but if you have blue cruise full you're a 502 and 12". Interesting you got an update that broke GFHB. Did you try and reenable it?

Not yet. Was planning to try digging around in ForScan this weekend and see what looks different. Just seems strange after having this in my as built for so long.

Strange. My dashboard gauge preferences reset about a week ago as well, I thought that was always a tell for an OTA?

My dash preferences have reset about 4 times in the last 3 weeks. Been annoying the hell out of me.

So I installed the IPMA/PSCM updates I was missing so I can activate BC 1.4 but the PSCM keeps appearing as an update that I need. The IPMA (after 2 hrs!) disappeared. Can you tell in FDRS if the module has the current version in place?

If it is updated properly what in Forscan do I need to tweak to activate it?

Thanks,

Message me the VIN and I'll check and send you the FORScan changes if you're good to go.

Just a thought... now back to our regular scheduled programing.....

We still have a long way to go:

According to AI:

The forum thread with the most pages, "Is Wario A Libertarian?", reached a staggering 12,239 pages before being locked by a moderator due to the intense and lengthy debate.

So before I dive in to this just looking to confirm. I have an Australian delivered XLT that I've recently done the 12" screen upgrade to using a new apim that has been programmed to the vin of my truck.

The apim is at 21145 and the original apim was at 23045. My understanding is that I can pmi the 'new' apim and use fdrs to bring it up to date. Is this correct?

We do not get OTA updates in Australia yet.
