Confused.. Do I not have pro power onboard generator?

I thought all 14gens came with the onboard generators and It just depended on whether you had the 2k, the 7k or the one in the middle?

I have a 21 platinum 3.5 ecoboost and I only have one outlet in the bed and no button in the cab for pro power onboard. What is the actual load of this outlet then?

No, you just have the 400w inverter that can do about 300w.

You can turn that 400W outlet in the bed into useful 12v 12.5A for lots of 12V stuff by getting a cheapie AC-DC converter. A few bucks from Amazon ?‍

Is this something you have done? Curious on the details here, looking for adding some switched 12v lighting and power in bed. Ideally something I can control with the vehicle off. I assume this cannot be done with the 400W outlet though.

I think the power in the bed only stays on for a few minutes (if configured). I mainly use it as pictured, to charge the power station on the go, then run everything from it when truck is off.

I think by equating the 2kW, 2.4kW(the one in middle), and the 7.2kW as variations of the same product. Ford encourages this unfortunately.

The 2.4 and 7.2 are PoweBoost only.

2021 non "Powerboost" had the 400W inverter or the optional 2K generator.

The 2K is very anemic though and they only operate when the gas engine is actually running!

i don’t remember paying that much though ? there are cheaper, search 12v led driver (they're just converters, nothing special about them.
