Unfortunately it's more complicated than installing the antenna right side up, although as funny as that sounds, Bronco's in North America have an actual TSB for it lol. For starters the 2020 Transit TCU is likely using a different electrical architecture like the Focus. Reference TCU as built 754 01 01 xx** xxxx xxxx

That said there's a few Germans and Russians in the other thread (link below) who've successfully added TCU's in global markets.

EU has a different antenna type connected to their TCUs; not sure about Australia.

It's in here somewhere.... Retrofit Ford Pass

Thanks for the extra info Chad ?. the spreadsheet we all use goes into less detail than that and, unless it's a different unit, the Ford Australia ones are using 04, not 0C. Leads me to believe that the '23 TCUs are different to the above. Anyway, more work to be done; thanks again ?

The shear tenacity it takes to acquire (legendry), drive, and enjoy a Texas Cadillac ? in OZ, is inspiring to me.

Continues to remind me of how easy we have it, especially IN Texas, and how soft we may have become? We whine a lot. ??

A phrase from "Predator" comes to mind; I think it goes: "He's dug in deeper than an Alabama tick"?

Fitting!
You are indeed.
Stubborn as a mule, is what we'd say about you. ?

Back to our thread topic, one thing I always found interesting with the icons is how WiFi is handled. I'll start truck, see WiFi turn off, get update available notification. If WiFi icon stays green, no updates pending. ?

I'd argue that we really didn't sway from the thread topic. ??

Those diagnostic icons aren't necessary for the average owner. But they certainly are worthy for those needing to diagnose "connectivity" issues.
Which is pretty much guaranteed to be a problem for kidnapped F150s in Poland or Australia?

@Snakebitten Your continued support encourages me to make this truck worth its cost; thanks Bruce ?

I spent the day trying to rectify a situation whereby when you open the driver's door, the door ajar indicator on the 360 camera view shows the other side of the truck ajar; fun eh?

But one learns along the way: modules involved in that simple exercise: APIM, IPMA, BCM, DDM, PDM. Now, believe it or not, a simple change to BCM from LHD to RHD causes a DTC in the RCM (I admit I was getting nervous around this time) of "Signal Plausibility Failure". Not one that sets a MIL, but does leave airbag warning on IPC. Changing the RCM to RHD doesn't rectify it. So forget that, change RCM and BCM back and the rest to RHD: BLIS fault because now the IPMA thinks the wrong SOD module has gone off. Back out of DDM, PDM, IPMA to LHD again, all's well.

Until I figure this out, I'd rather have BLIS work than the wrong side door ajar in 360.

Like I described. Pure tenacity!

But surely you are going to have to live with some software shortcomings when it's all said and done?

Afterall, the software doesn't even work 100% reliably on these trucks in the parking lot of the Dearborn factory. ??

It does that? I haven't seen it.

Is your door ajar ever correct?

That makes sense if the cell tower goes green at the time wi-fi is off because OTA triggers come over the cell network.

It do ?. It shows correctly when I change some modules to RHD; going through the whole process slower and more testing checkpoints today ?. Pic is driver's door open (RH front of course)
