Me too, Have no idea but hopefully, eventually, we will get this figured out….like you though, everything is working but something is not.

Based on its naming convention, I'd assume it's some kind of communication process between the truck and Ford's cloud? (keyword being analytics)

If so, I wonder if the service outage could be confirmed by the PTS/Oasis timestamps for the VIN "checking in", so to speak?

I know it's fairly common for Rugedraw to see that information when he's so generously troubleshooting folks issues.

Mine is red, too. My truck is still reporting itself to the mothership just fine. Not sure why it is red, but everything seems to be working regardless.

I am so happy to have read the end of the this post as my 2022 also turned red at the beginning of Sept. I actually took the truck to my dealership to have them look at it. They had never seen the symbols at the top of the screen before, so they called Ford. The engineer told them how to turn off the symbols and never mind about it turning red, we peasant's were not suppose to play with them. Well maybe not their words exactly, but reading between the lines that is what they said. Guess we will to wait to see if it ever comes back to green.
