I wanted to chime in since mine was red too, everything else is green and FordPass works fine. I did disconnect the battery for 30 minutes just to see but nothing changed so I will monitor for the next several days.

Brilliant!!! So what I am understanding through my many hours of reading is that these new trucks are so full of electronics, that pulling power once in a while clears any stuck/locked modules including TCU….like a network reboot at home?

Hope all is well, I forgot to follow up with you but the icons have been green until last week when this started again.....so I got three months of this working correctly, my fix this time was to unplug and reinstall plug on the TCU, the middle plug....same as before. Is this just a normal thing...
