No, you can ignore that. They only updated the GWM and nothing else. That column refers to the last time that those particular modules reported themself to the server. Since the truck was hooked up to FDRS, that forces a sync with the server which is why most modules will have that date on it.

Ford does pay them to update modules just because they aren't up to date. They usually just tell that to people to get them to leave them alone.

Yea, you're on the latest Sync and they even did the PSCM/IPMA updates that are only available with FDRS, so your BC will be working much better than the the regular BC 1.0 since you have the updates that give the stability improvements associated with BC 1.4. There are still a few modules pending updates, but they are minor things like door modules and nothing really important. Enjoy!

Thank you for checking! As far as the door module update… what does that actually do? Also… to get the camera at speed…is that something I might need to toggle on with forscan? As always…thanks again for all you as well as the others that help us newbies out!!

I think the door module updates are to prevent an issue with the power windows bouncing back or not working properly in some way.

Yes, I would enable that with FORScan. Based on the software level your truck is on, that should be working.

Last question and I’ll give you some peace!!! In looking over the “updates available” (as in the door, gearshift, hvac,and DSP modules), in the “date last updated” column, it’s showing those were updated with everything else. Why is that? Are those updates that could still come OTA? Thanks again!!

Ignore that column. That refers to the last time that module checked itself in with the servers. Because the truck was recently connected to FDRS, that forces a sync so all modules checked in that day; that does not mean the software itself was updated.

With the exception of the WACM, all the other modules can be and eventually will be updated by the OTA process.

Very strange. Your truck is on the latest Sync version but you still are not showing those updates. Either way, they are not going out via OTA to anyone, but it is very strange that you are not showing them. I will see what I can find out.

The Tech is going to be pissed if simply replacing the malfunctioning headlight assembly was the fix instead of the LONG list of other stuff Fords Engineering team made him do.

@Moe7 I was just made aware the Raptors and Tremors are not getting the IPMA update. The Raptor I understand, but it makes no sense to me why a Tremor series truck with working BC would not get this.

I would not hold my breathe. You may have to look into unconventional methods to get that update installed if you want it.
