when this first happened I toggled them from on to off the back on but was unable to set a schedule today when I tried they were set to off I toggled them on and was able to set a schedule so well see how it goes.

Also looks like I have received another update since I took the last photo so thats a good sign I would thing.

Ok, if you're on Sync 22146, then you're safe from the bad software. You're VERY far behind and more updates will come in slowly, but it will take a VERY long time before you're caught up. I would look in FDRS and updating it yourself.

Looks like you might be safe. Are you able to toggle the auto-updates feature on and off?

My truck says it updated to 6.4.0 and says i have sync 23291 rev 1049, can someone please tell me how far behind this is and what could be possibly keeping my bluecruise from working? or if it can even have it?

it is a 2021 ford f150 platinum, 1st quarter i assume, but has copilot 360 active 2.0 on the build sheet. any help would be appreciated. the dealership said they have updated everything they can, who knows.

Two questions: Do you have FORScan? On your Fordpass app under connected services, what does it say for Bluecruise?

no sir i dont have FORScan, in Fordpass, i dont have an option to purchase bluecruise, the truck only had 23k miles on it when i purchased it recently and the 1st owner never updated it. i assume the bluescuise supscription option would show up after the truck says it is functional, but not sure.

i am not against buying the mongoose interface and a short term FDRS subscription, but only if i knew it would be able to update anything missing that i cant get over the air.

i guess i am asking if my vin shows something not updating?

All you need is FORScan and you can activate BC in minutes. You have all the updates needed for it to work and then some. You even have have the latest IPMA update that is only available with FDRS that the dealer installed when trying to activate it.

The truck is on Sync 23159 which is just one version behind the latest one and OTA history shows a successful OTA in April and another one on May. the truck does show pending updates, but it is not unreasonably behind.

They updated a few modules that have to do with BC and performed 21G01 today which shows was successful. I have seen this in the past and BC still doesn't work, but I cannot confirm if that is the case here.
