It shows the new account info and 0 points. Customer care may be able to do something to find the old one, but I cannot see anything that allows me to find it. I used the email on file to search for account with that email that may be tied to an account, but it took me to the same new acccount.

As far as OTA's go: You have nothing to worry about.

You received a BCM update on 11/25, but nothing since. The 6.x.x updates were paused do to some problem back in December, but they started rolling them out again. Hopefully you get one sooner than later.

Yea, you got it on 2/21. It's not really an update; it's a small config change. I am not sure if it will show in FDRS, tbh.

I received it on the same day. It installed in about 1 minute, and only made changes to the TCU's As-Built, no software.

Had my truck at the dealers Friday to fix the Boo-Boo they did in not reconnecting the Propower properly while they had the dash apart to warranty the HVAC vents that the knobs had broken off before I had purchased the truck.

Dealer said that the truck tried to do an update on the APIM Jan 26th but had failed to update. Said it should retry at some point and he showed no other updates listed or any reason as to why it failed.

Is there anything showing up for this truck that I should be concerned about?
