What trim level/year? @Jesse-Infotainment can you provide any more color as to what happened? I still haven't pulled the trigger on the BCM update for my 2021 501a Lariat.I haven’t seen anyone else with issues so mine be a one off scenario but my BCM update caused 12v and brake system faults. I had to have @Jesse-Infotainment roll mine back.
Same thing happened to me. 12 volt warning. Some can get it to clear by driving it some. I tried and it would not clear so I rolled mine back. Then I installed the bCM update a few days later no issue. What trim level/year? @Jesse-Infotainment can you provide any more color as to what happened? I am guessing the best plan of attack is not to do the BCM update in FDRS and see if Ford either fixes it for the XLT'S and lower trims or OTA'S it and have to replace the modules.Same thing happened to me. 12 volt warning. I think Skier has a platinum? He would have to confirm. I lose track.
But the headlight issue is going to happen if its going to happen ford has released a memo about it being an incompatible software in the headlight modules.
So get FDRS and update it yourself then.It now looks like my truck (Jan 2023 build, sat on dealer lot until I purchased in Nov 23) has officially been abandoned by Ford for OTAs ...

Aug 24, 2023 OTA failed, Aug 25, 2023 OTA passed, HOWEVER, Aug 25, 2023 OTA will retry....
Zero, zip, nada, none OTAs have been scheduled since I purchased the truck in mid November.
Yeah, looks like I made a big mistake trading in my 2018 3.5EB, with no issues whatsoever, for an electronically problematic 2023 Limited.
Also from PTS...

Right about the same time stamps I lost auto-high beams, audio went wonky (sound went full front speaker to full rear speaker, and repeat). Did the Windows reset (power off, re-start) and all went back to normal.
It's looking more and more like junior level programmers are now writing the code on our very expensive trucks. SMH!
I have a ‘21 job 1 platinum. @Jesse-Infotainment did suggest I could drive mine to see if codes clear but I had a 5 hour trip the next day and didn’t want to have any issues. What trim level/year? @Jesse-Infotainment can you provide any more color as to what happened? I'm not 100% sure, but I think the BCM update originally appeared in FDRS as G2161053-15.0 and is now showing as G2161053-16.0. Maybe some newer files?Same thing happened to me. 12 volt warning. They are newer files. But the issue still remainsI'm not 100% sure, but I think the BCM update originally appeared in FDRS as G2161053-15.0 and is now showing as G2161053-16.0. Maybe some newer files?
