Am I the only one that thinks Ford needs to improve front grill designs?

F150, Ranger, and Maverick grills in my view, are some of the most unappealing in the industry. I think Ford is underestimating the importance of front grill designs on many of their vehicles. I get the fleet thing, but many folks want their vehicles to look cool too. Someone needs to get Farley to fix these shortcomings.

I'm oldish lol and I think you have to be all in or all out with chrome. I don't like chrome wheels with black door handles etc.

My sport pkg has zero chrome except for the tailpipe piece that is welded on. I looked up and priced changing it out but welded is better than clamped so I lost interest once I had the BedRug and BAK Revolver X4s installed. I said to myself I'll get around to it but I probably won't.

Not sure how you think Ford looks worse than the new Chevy/GM, Nissan, or Toyota. Those are awfull.

I actually disagree. There are certain design compromises that had to be made to get the best mpg numbers in the industry. Angling the mirrors aggressively, making angles on the front fascia (lights and grill and hood namely), along with the universally hated air dam are all choices for performance. I like the XLT grills, STX grills, plattys, BAP, and the lariat chrome. I'm personally not huge on the regular lariat and KR. The base is a good lookin truck.

You may not like it, but this is what peak performance looks like.

Dodge has a super awesome front end and mirror design, but the door panels and bed is pretty lackluster. The rear is nice though. I hate the soft edge/curvey interior styling that looks like cheap crap even though it's objectively better materials than Fords interiors.

Chevy hands down has had the worst exterior designs in the industry. From the grill to tailgate and don't even get me started on the lights.

Toyota is starting to give Chebby a run for the money with the new tundra and Tacoma. Both are visual disasters. Fucking modern art masterpieces.

Nissan looks aight, but the curveyness isn't going to age well.

The new 24 F150s look like toys. I hate the headlight design, the tail lights are busy and disorganized, and the way the trim wraps around the grill and headlights looks just plain bad.

The 2024 front end isn't terrible but does look more like a car, and the Maverick, and common design is no surprise there.
Taillights I am very confused just looking at them what they are thinking. Looks like random Chinese designs that show up online.
The dimensions appear to be direct swap for current generation but someone will have to figure that out.

STX at first I like the look but all that honeycomb it looks like a big open mouth. It needs something to break it up a bit.

The others not broke up enough. Tremor helps that with the color stripe.

At least all of the F150's don't look like a big widemouth grille like the Tundras and to me they look even worse IRL.

The only large mouth grille I like is on a big rig ?

Proportion is off too. The hood looks taller than the bed and form should follow function. The huge open front intimates a monster powerplant yet my Powerboost dominates.
