On the Advanced Info page, under version SYNC4 v4.0.2181 the last updated shows "null" I thought it used to have the date 01/22/22. version 2022.03.27.0 Any meaning to this? Thx

Nothing to worry about it's merely info only and doesn't mean there are issues...
Mine is not returning any data for the date as well. Something is not populating on the ford side of things.

Last week my dealer resolved the 1.7.1 Sync update failure. Now, Sync is updated and Auto Update is no longer grayed out.

Now, the Widget no longer shows the Sync version, and OTA Update data still shows the 1.7.1 failure. Is this correct? Will missing and incorrect information remain until a new and successful OTA update?

Thanks for that Wikipedia page on the revisions, @Bo15 .

My truck was built in Oct 2021, and is currently on 21223_PRODUCT Rev 197, which isn’t on the wiki page. Things work, so I’m not too concerned with the software version I have. I may not ask the service center to do anything with updates when I bring the truck in for the TRM and insulator recalls. Ford doesn’t seem to have things well-organized with firmware and may break things.

I'm confused on all the numbers...

Version 22034, Revision: 364, OTA 1.7.1?? Do they all mean the same thing?

Where do I find each of these numbers?

So just looked at my truck and it says Version 21297 Revision 253. It says no update available when I push check for updates. Should I have an update?

Many months ago I found a FordPass widget while searching for some Ford pass API stuff.
I've completely refactored the entire script and turned it into an alternative control to FordPass.

There is a variable near the top of the code to allow it but I haven't fully tested it.

Thanks. I'll try to review it some this week and try it out and if it works, I'll let you know if I run into issues.

I just installed the widget and want to say I really appreciate all the work that went into this project. I do have a couple of questions about it. I try to retrieve my module data but when hit (get data) nothing happens.

Also I don’t have an advanced controls section showing securiAlert or trailer light check. Thus I stopped getting SecuriAlert notifications even though it’s enabled in the Ford Pass app. Any help would be much appreciated.
