Great post! I do not have that option either (Ford Pass App) so maybe it doesn't show up unless there is a recall for your specific vehicle.
EDIT: I just looked at the main site and for my VIN it lists "No Recalls" and "No Customer Satisfaction Programs" so that program my be tied specifically to recalls. It may be a good sign if you do not see that option on your phone app.
