Great post! I do not have that option either (Ford Pass App) so maybe it doesn't show up unless there is a recall for your specific vehicle.

EDIT: I just looked at the main site and for my VIN it lists "No Recalls" and "No Customer Satisfaction Programs" so that program my be tied specifically to recalls. It may be a good sign if you do not see that option on your phone app. :)

Nope, not on mine. You evidently have that service. If I go through my online dashboard, it says I do not have any customer satisfaction programs.

My truck unfortunately has the bad wiper motor. (Week of 13th June 2022 build) my ford dealer told me to expect a letter in the mail explaining the issue, and another later in the year when parts are available. As of now, with the low amount of replacement motors, only confirmed inop wiper motors will be replaced.

This is what shows on my online account but nothing in Ford Pass:
Same here. After reading this thread, I checked the online ford.com and found the recall. But my Ford Pass does not have the "Customer Satisfaction Programs" button on the Service tab.

I was also surprised that I didn't get an email from Ford about the recall. No notification other than finding it in the ford.com account page.

That's a mighty weird place to hide recall notices...
Haven’t even got my truck and have the recall which means they probably can’t sell it to me until they fix it. Wow. Already sat at Dearborn for 5 months and couldn’t get this fixed

I haven't been notified (mail, FordPass, email) but just put my VIN in on Ford's site and sure enough, recall issued 2023-01-09. 2021 Job 1 XLT SuperCrew.

I also do not have "Customer Satisfaction Programs" button on the Service tab in FordPass. However, in Ford.com underneath the posted Wiper Motor Campaign/NHTSA# 22S71/22S71 information, there is this message-

Whatever that may mean, my guess is that is why it doesn't show up in ForPass?

I went to the dealer last week to try and schedule the Recall 22C22 (park/position lamp flicker) that I received by mail. That Recall notice said to contact dealer in or after January. It's a software issue, no ETA yet. As I mentioned previously, that recall does not show up in my FordPass or Ford.com. O while at the dealer asking about how the Windshield wiper motor Recall 22S71 shows up in Ford.com, but not in FordPass. And, how Recall 22C22 doesn't show up in either, the dealer's non-answer was they can see both recalls on the truck. One would think the back office systems would mesh between the app and web site, but apparently not. And I'm not sure how much to expect a service manager to know much about those processes either. I guess what counts to me right now is they can see both recalls.

I too just noticed the wiper recall notice. Unknown if related...but for the first couple months of owning my truck, I would find small pieces of metal on the cowl below the driver wiper. They appeared to be aluminum, about 1/8" large. Did not appear to be sheared or anything but maybe like, small teeth from a gear or something. Very strange, found 2-3 of them on different occasions.

You probably found 2, one on each side. I believe these are a key that helps position the wiper during the assembly process. I don't think they are needed afterwards.

That makes sense, but they were both found on the drivers side. I still have them in my garage, ill snap a pic later

Mine failed on me this afternoon on the highway in NorthWestern Ontario. Above freezing temperatures and spray from transports onto was almost blinding. When fails you can move wipers by hand easily which too me back to the days of my first car. Recall notice says parts expected Q3.
