I don’t think this would be popular at all, if Ford didn’t make the worst feeling, plastic, clunky, and unreliable console shifter ever! The 21+ console shifter are just bad. I prefer a console shifter, but not this junk ford gave us.

I agree how rams 8 speed is night and day better than fords 10 speed. But working at a Ford and Chrysler dealership, and seeing the lack of quality with anything stellantis, i wouldn’t touch any of their brands with a 10 foot pole.
Correct, but all 24-25 F150’s have the one piece rear bumper other than the trucks equipped with dual exhaust from factory, not just rcsb trucks. Much more involved to make a swap on the 24 and up trucks
Not sure how my 22 xlt harness fit so well. Here’s a picture of the slack on the harness on the right park sensor. 3 of 4 wire clips even fit in their factory locations

Got the exhaust on, not a fun job but pretty easy and having a lift is a life saver. Also image of how I zip tied the misc lines/wires out of the way. Relocated the axle vent tube to behind the fuel tank. Only additional items I needed were 2 clip nuts for the additional tailpipe hanger
Half way there with my swap. Found a full take off OEM dual exhaust on marketplace with all hardware and hangars. Got an OEM take off bumper from eBay and painted. Ordered the two outside sensor bezels and painted as well. Wiring worked perfectly, no need to extend wires. Tailpipes and muffler...
