Half way there with my swap. Found a full take off OEM dual exhaust on marketplace with all hardware and hangars. Got an OEM take off bumper from eBay and painted. Ordered the two outside sensor bezels and painted as well. Wiring worked perfectly, no need to extend wires. Tailpipes and muffler going on tomorrow

Your truck looks great.

I should have bought red truck like yours. I've always wanted one, but i prefer to roll incognito.

Appreciate it! Im really trying to make it as close as I can to a race red tremor since it was never offered

Also the correct outer sensor retainer part # are
ML3Z15K861SAPTM and
ML3215K861SBPTM

For the bumper without the additional outer side mounted park assist sensors

I think most people would rather spend the money on something that’s done already and knowing the outcome than trying to cut their own.
That and most prefer to use factory components vs DIY/homemade for projects like this. At the time I did my conversion the only aftermarket dual exhaust systems crossed inches just behind the rear differential to get to the left side. I don’t care for that look at all. The factory dual exhaust bumpers ends have nice fit and finish too; like it’s meant to be vs something I fabricated at home. But to each their own I suppose…

I can't believe it's been almost 3 and half years since I did this. Love my truck now as much as I did then. Before:

To think that this thread is the reason I joined this forum. My first post was on here. 😂

How was your harness able to reach? Mine is a 2023, and the harness was so tight, it pulled the park sensors out of the bezel, even with all clips undone across the rear hitch and frame. I found a Tremor VIN, for a truck with just two rear park sensors in the cap, and ordered the factory harness for that. It was $160, and should be here tomorrow, so I will test to make sure it fits without issues.

As for the gentleman wondering why people pay the money for OEM, versus using a cutoff tool to make handmade cutouts in their non-Tremor bumper caps..... well, for me, since I spent over $40k on the truck, I do it so it doesn't look hand fabricated and lessen the value. Instead, I use OEM parts so it looks like the truck came like this from the factory. Personal choice.

Not sure how my 22 xlt harness fit so well. Here’s a picture of the slack on the harness on the right park sensor. 3 of 4 wire clips even fit in their factory locations

Looks good... I think I know why, after seeing your pic. I had the wrong bezels, so it pointed the sensor towards the corner, not the center, so that is probably the difference.... that is good news. I have the correct park sensor bezels coming today, and if my harness reaches, I won't need the harness.... thanks

Ok guys,I am reading through the thread and I think there is more than a little confusion here..If you have the two piece rear bumper on your truck the mod for adding dual rear exit exhaust is relatively cheap and easy. You need the two end caps ,paint to match and a couple of exhaust mounts and your basically good to go.What I am referring to is if you have the one piece rear bumper the mod gets a lot more costly. The 24 ,25 RCSB trucks have the one piece rear bumper. With this scenario to convert to a factory set up you need the two bumper ends ,colour matched, the trailer hitch, the top trim, license plate lamps and exhaust mounts. The trailer plug is on the opposite side and the back up sensor wiring and mount are different so you may end up stretching or modifying your existing factory harness. So you guys are not comparing apples to apples. If I had the two piece rear bumper would definitely go the same route as you.Bit if you have the coolest truck that Ford have ever brought to market (RCSB 5.0 373 gears) then my suggestion may just possibly the way to go.Anyway I just wanted to let you guys know why I suggested the rear bumper modification.

Correct, but all 24-25 F150’s have the one piece rear bumper other than the trucks equipped with dual exhaust from factory, not just rcsb trucks. Much more involved to make a swap on the 24 and up trucks
