I should also add, the OEM mounting bolts from my 2025 fit my Tremor hitch assembly without issue. My truck was built June of 2025 and I've read that some people have had to enlarge the hitch bolt holes. With mine, no issues whatsoever. I think my hitch is from a 2023 or 2024 Tremor.

The sellers on eBay have it shipped from the same warehouse, I actually purchased 6 different sets and most of them had scratches in the paint - of course they were trying to blame it was the shipper - when the box arrived perfectly fine. So trying to deal with the Rep from China was annoying since there was a 12 hour delay in response.

They do have a seller on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/SAIQINGSP-Compatible-2021-2025-ML3Z17906KAPTM-Passenger/dp/B0FNWLX9CT/ref=sr_1_1?crid=39EG8JZI1J8H6&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.O0e6sbQAPZfGK-0mJTf-EA.hzHuj03LGt889WXW1xLkLBiaXx3h2yzMD-eRrYNZDJ8&dib_tag=se&keywords=atlas+blue+tremor+caps&qid=1761941637&sprefix=atlas+blue+tremor+caps,aps,117&sr=8-1&th=1

which is where i eventually got my caps from - even though it shipped from the same warehouse as the eBay seller..........it was soo much easier to deal with problems because it is through Amazon.

If you do try the Chinese version - would recommend trying the Amazon one. Since my 1st set of caps were scratched they told me to keep it and sent out a replacement, while the Ebay sellers makes you purchase a new set and you would have to send back your original set for a refund - it will take a bit to get them to take it back for a refund - they will try to make you keep it for a partial refund like $25 or something like that.

I was about to purchase the set from OEM Painted Parts but gave the Amazon seller a shot and eventually got a set of caps that i could live with - the set i have now still has scratches but it is on the inside edge that you cant see
How was the fit? What color did you get and did it match?

Truck looks great! I'm working on gatering parts for this. Right now, I have the bumper (ML3Z- 17906-KAPTM) and ordered the left and right retainers ( ML3Z-15K861 SBPTM and ML3Z-15K861 SAPTM). I'm seeing some other people stating we need additional mounting brackets and the original ones wont work. Did you use original mount brackets or did you order new? Also, it looks like you had your brake lines adjusted so they stayed away from the exhaust pipe. Did the muffler shop do that?

Please let me know if I have any of the part #s wrong based on your experience.

Thanks!

I've got a 21 Lariat 5.0 short bed 145" wheelbase. Do you plan on adjusting the brakelines at all?

Hard lines, no. I will have a look at how close everything is and determine if adjustments need to be made.

Mine is a 2025

Alright. Swapped the exhaust out this morning. Removal of the stock exhaust took all of 15 minutes. Super easy and I just had the rear end of the truck up on ramps to give me extra room. I removed the resonator back. It comes out in two pieces.

Installation of the OEM takeoff dual exhaust was also super easy. Just the one different mount to install for the front of the muffler.

On the driver side, the one tail pipe mount as well.

I took the most time on alignment of everything and I also tried to figure out a solution for the brake lines, differential breather and wiring.

The breather was simple, just unclip it, run it between the brake lines and clip it back to the metal bracket but on the inside instead of outside.

Brake lines and wiring, for now, I used a few zip ties and basically suspended the holder up and out of the way. I'll try to figure out a better solution.

I then wrapped the exhaust pipe with some heat shield. I'll likely get some heat shield tape as well for any lines. That being said, I ran the truck for 15 minutes and the tail pipe was barely warm to the touch. I'm up North so it's cool outside, but I'm not too concerned.

Also the correct outer sensor retainer part # are
ML3Z15K861SAPTM and
ML3215K861SBPTM

For the bumper without the additional outer side mounted park assist sensors
Did you have to add any new mounting brackets when swapping the bumpers with the cutout for the exhaust tips? It looks like it’s got a different set up than the bumpers for the side exit exhaust.

You mean on the back side of the bumper end caps? If so, yes, there is a different bracket on each side.

Also, on the hitch itself, there is a mount for each exhaust tip, different than the single exhaust as obviously that wouldn't be required on a single exhaust truck.

So I bought the corresponding mounting brackets. But the bottom hole doesn’t seem to line up with the bumper. It’s off by about half the width. I wonder if the bumper is bent and that’s why it’s out of alignment. I doubt it though, because The other 2 holes seem to line up perfectly. It’s like that on the other side with the other bracket and bumper piece as well.

Are those OEM brackets and end caps? Can you get some better pics? These were my brackets on my end caps before they were painted.

I looked at your pic again, you have the bracket for the passenger rear end cap against the driver end cap. Swap your brackets and everything should line up. Look at my pictures and pay attention to the orientation. Hopefully, that helps!

Yeah, they’re both OEM. I tried it the other way too and it still didn’t like up. I’ll try it again and take some more pics in a bit.
