This is just a quick update on some earlier posts that

I had made. This is basically information for people who have F 150s with the one piece rear bumper ,ie RCSB. I finally got my bumpers colour matched so I thought I would share some pictures with anyone who is thinking of going the dual rear exit exhaust and does not want to spend a small fortune on the upgrade ,dares to be different and is not afraid of carrying out a little fabrication.Hopefully this will help people who are thinking of going this route.

92LX302, looking at the pictures you posted, it appears that on the replacement bumper assembly that you have, the outside bumper back up sensors are in a different position than on your original bumper assembly .I think there is a lot of previous posts related to this concern that may help you with this potential alignment problem.

If you take out the actual cost of the exhaust system you decide to install, factory or aftermarket, out of the equation ,the parts required are the right hand side intermediate exhaust hanger (which is identical to the left side but just switched around) the two rear most exhaust hangers, that are different for left and right, and you will probably have to extend the exhaust tips so that they extend beyond the bumper, this can be done to your preference.I chose approximately 2 1/2 inches.like I mentioned in previous posts you may have to purchase a die grinder and carry out a little fabrication. If you are careful you will not even have to re-finish the rear bumper.Total cost depending on you location,$100 plus what ever you decide on the exhaust tips.

Found a wrecked (cabin fire) 2023 402A Tremor at a local salvage yard and pulled out its entire bumper assembly.

Aside from the exhaust stuff and extending the trailer plug wires, I shouldn't be missing much to swap on my 2025 KR, right?
Wow I would love to find those bumper caps in Atlas Blue to fit on my truck!

Thanks for the links. Those Ebay ones are the ones I was looking at but I have been hesitant to pull the trigger since they are not OEM so not sure of the fitment and the paint may not be an exact match.
The sellers on eBay have it shipped from the same warehouse, I actually purchased 6 different sets and most of them had scratches in the paint - of course they were trying to blame it was the shipper - when the box arrived perfectly fine. So trying to deal with the Rep from China was annoying since there was a 12 hour delay in response.

They do have a seller on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/SAIQINGSP-Compatible-2021-2025-ML3Z17906KAPTM-Passenger/dp/B0FNWLX9CT/ref=sr_1_1?crid=39EG8JZI1J8H6&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.O0e6sbQAPZfGK-0mJTf-EA.hzHuj03LGt889WXW1xLkLBiaXx3h2yzMD-eRrYNZDJ8&dib_tag=se&keywords=atlas+blue+tremor+caps&qid=1761941637&sprefix=atlas+blue+tremor+caps,aps,117&sr=8-1&th=1

which is where i eventually got my caps from - even though it shipped from the same warehouse as the eBay seller..........it was soo much easier to deal with problems because it is through Amazon.

If you do try the Chinese version - would recommend trying the Amazon one. Since my 1st set of caps were scratched they told me to keep it and sent out a replacement, while the Ebay sellers makes you purchase a new set and you would have to send back your original set for a refund - it will take a bit to get them to take it back for a refund - they will try to make you keep it for a partial refund like $25 or something like that.

I was about to purchase the set from OEM Painted Parts but gave the Amazon seller a shot and eventually got a set of caps that i could live with - the set i have now still has scratches but it is on the inside edge that you cant see

I too contemplated the Chinese ones, but, decided to get some used OEM ones off ebay that had the brackets and paid for a local bodyshop to refinish.

Hoping to do the swap on my 25 on Sunday!

Swapped my bumper this afternoon. Honestly, wasn't too difficult. I disconnected the whole harness to the bumper and removed the bumper with the wiring still installed.

As I have a 25 XLT, I had to relocate the tow wiring to the drivers side. To do this, I used a sharp utility knife, scored the factory harness and pulled back enough to reach. Then, I taped it back up and it looks pretty close to OEM. By doing this , my original harness was able to reach all my parking sensors.

Tomorrow will be the OEM dual exhaust swap.

Looks great and good to know about the harness.

Any error message from your sensors?

Dropping mine at the body shop this week to be painted.

Nope, no errors with sensors.

I did have a "tailgate ajar" warning on the first start up as I also disconnected that harness. I unplugged it again, re-seated it and it is now perfect, no warnings or errors.

I think doing the harness install off the truck is likely easier than trying to rig it up while on the truck.

It's honestly one connector, one ground bolt and three push pins and it's off the truck.
