Looks good... I think I know why, after seeing your pic. I had the wrong bezels, so it pointed the sensor towards the corner, not the center, so that is probably the difference.... that is good news. I have the correct park sensor bezels coming today, and if my harness reaches, I won't need the harness.... thanks
Just a heads up, you can extend those wires with no issues with simple 3 wire 22 stranded wire. The truck won’t know the difference. I soldered mine and shrink wrapped and all is fine two years later. I also have extensions that were part of my front bumper bull bar sitting in my garage if someone needs them.

For those who didn’t use the OEM tail pipes, what exhaust tips did you use to complete the OEM look? Thx in advance! - DM

Has anyone used the factory style dual rear exhaust tailpipes on a RCSB? The Ford Performance tailpipes say they won't work on the 122" wheelbase trucks. Not sure why though...aren't all beds the same distance from the centerline of the rear wheel well to the rear of the bed? The Borla tailpipes don't mention anything about the 122" trucks either...

Hey everyone.

I am having to modify my exhaust and switching to the Ford factory hangers for the tailpipe ends. I have the brackets (HL3Z5260A and HL3Z5260B) but need the bolts. I can’t find the part number for the bolts from Ford, can anyone share the bolt part number?

Bolts to mount the exhaust end hangers?

HL3Z-17C886-B x 2, kind of pricey for what they are.

When I did mine, I just drove it to an exhaust shop and had them make some custom ones. It shouldn't be too expensive to take that route. I don't remember what i was charged, but it is not very labor intensive for a shop to make a pair on hanging brackets.

I figured this being asked but can't find an answer. I did the tremor bumper cap swap this afternoon on my 2023, everything went ok, my factor harness was able to stretch to the end of the caps. I did buy new housings but I guess I received an incorrect housing for the driver side but didn't realize it after I painted them. So I had to trim the housing to make it fit...it not perfect but now my driver side housing is going off the whole time now. I thought the sensor was dirty so I cleaned it but still nothing.

Could the reason be the sensor is acting up s because I had to trim the housing to make it fit and probably not sitting properly?

Planning tomorrow to swap my sensors around to see if it is the housing or the issue goes to the passenger side

It could be. I also trimmed my sensors when we did mine, but luckily, it worked perfectly afterwards.

I’m not thinking trimming the housing is causing your issue, most likely the sensors aim has been altered somewhat. Try changing the clocking of the sensor in its housing and see if that helps. If you look for photos of one at dealers or websites check clocking of yours vs ones sitting unmolested on lots to be certain sensors are aiming in the correct direction. When I did mine one sensor was aiming outward and I could get in my garage without the alerts screaming at me. Changing its clocking fixed mine. Hope this helps. Good Luck

What's everyone using to extend the harness for the backup sensors?

The ebay ones look like they'd work

https://ebay.us/m/JAVemG

Or is there a better option? What lengths should I get and will 1 work or are 2 necessary?

I'm hoping to do this swap in the next week or two!

Found a wrecked (cabin fire) 2023 402A Tremor at a local salvage yard and pulled out its entire bumper assembly.

Aside from the exhaust stuff and extending the trailer plug wires, I shouldn't be missing much to swap on my 2025 KR, right?

Thanks for the info - now it seems like my issue went to the passenger side. Guess will need to play around with the housing more.

my factory harness stretched. I did zip tie it out of the way as well so it didnt touch the exhaust tip. Right now i am just having issues with my sensors going off - guess just need to play around with the housings more

Not sure if there are any differences between the two as far as the wiring goes.
